Abstract:
Taking precision bushing as the research object, using controlled variable method and finite element theory simulation, the influence of rolling parameters on rolling pressure is analyzed, and the influence of rolling parameters on roughness is studied through experiments. Both methods reflect the same law: the amount of interference is a key factor that affects the effect of roll finishing. Within a certain range, with the increase of the amount of interference, the surface roughness of the inner bore of the bushing first decreases and then increases; the same process when the number of needle rollers is 6, the surface roughness of the inner hole of the bushing is the smallest; while the rolling speed and feed rate have no obvious influence on the rolling finishing effect. The study of rolling finishing process parameters provides a reference for the machining of precision bushings.
