深腔类航空钣金件成形工艺研究及应用

Research and application of the forming process of deep cavity aviation sheet metal

  • 摘要: 深腔类钣金件是飞机上主要腔类构件之一,外形与盒型件类似,结构简单,但加工困难,成形精度差,报废率高,通常采用拉深成形1。在拉深成型过程中,易发生起皱、拉裂等问题2。为改善该类零件的成形精度,并提高表面质量,进行深腔类钣金类零件新工艺方法研究及应用。通过运用Danaform仿真软件分析该类零件充液成形的可行性,研究确定了相关工艺参数,并进行工艺试验验证。实现了深腔类钣金件充液成形工艺应用,提高了产品质量,降低了制造成本,缩短了生产周期。

     

    Abstract: Deep cavity sheet metal parts are one of the main cavity components on the aircraft, which of appearance is similar to the box parts, which in structure are simple, but which is difficult in processing, and is poor in forming accuracy, which is high in scrap rate. On the process of the deep drawing what is easy to wrinkle and crack. In order to improve the forming precision and surface quality of this kind of parts, which the new process method of deep cavity sheet metal parts is studied and applied. We analysis the feasibility of liquid filling forming of such parts by using DANAFORM simulation software, determined to the relevant process parameters, and carried out to verify by the process test. We come true the application of liquid filling forming technology for deep cavity sheet metal parts, which improve product quality, reduces manufacturing cost and shortens production cycle.
