Abstract:
Deep cavity sheet metal parts are one of the main cavity components on the aircraft, which of appearance is similar to the box parts, which in structure are simple, but which is difficult in processing, and is poor in forming accuracy, which is high in scrap rate. On the process of the deep drawing what is easy to wrinkle and crack. In order to improve the forming precision and surface quality of this kind of parts, which the new process method of deep cavity sheet metal parts is studied and applied. We analysis the feasibility of liquid filling forming of such parts by using DANAFORM simulation software, determined to the relevant process parameters, and carried out to verify by the process test. We come true the application of liquid filling forming technology for deep cavity sheet metal parts, which improve product quality, reduces manufacturing cost and shortens production cycle.
