双排圆弧端齿连接结构对转子动力特性的影响

Influence of double-row curvic couplings connected structure on rotor dynamic characteristics

  • 摘要: 为了准确研究航空发动机双排圆弧端齿连接结构的局部刚度非线性特征对转子动力特性的影响,建立了考虑端齿齿面接触状态的双排圆弧端齿扇区模型,首次得到了双排圆弧端齿的弯曲刚度分布特性;并将双排圆弧端齿连接结构的局部刚度非线性特征引入转子系统动力学方程中,得到了双排圆弧端齿连接结构对典型航空发动机高压转子系统动力特性的影响。研究结果表明:双排圆弧端齿连接结构弯曲刚度随弯矩的增大而减小,呈现明显的软特性;端齿的局部刚度非线性使转子系统的弯曲临界转速降低约1%,对刚体振型的影响小于0.1%。因此在工程实践中,对于工作转速高于弯曲临界转速的转子系统,应当考虑双排圆弧端齿连接结构的影响。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of the aero-engine double-row curvic couplings' bending stiffness on the rotor dynamics, a double-row curvic couplings sector model considering the contact state is established. The bending stiffness characteristics of double-row curvic couplings are obtained; introducing the local stiffness nonlinear into the rotor dynamic equations, the rotor dynamics characteristics with double-row curvic couplings are obtained. The research results show the bending stiffness of double-row curvic couplings decreases with the increase of bending moment, showing obvious soft characteristics; the local stiffness nonlinearity of double-row curvic couplings reduces the bending critical speed of the rotor system by about 1%; The influence on rigid body vibration mode is less than 0.1%.In engineering practice, for the rotor system whose working rotation speed is higher than the bending critical speed, the influence of double row curvic couplings should be considered.
