点阵式点胶系统胶点重量一致性研究

Study on weight consistency of glue dots made by dot-matrix dispensing system

  • 摘要: 针对接触型点胶系统胶点一致性差的问题,研发了点阵式微喷嘴点胶系统,利用Ansys-Fluent软件的CFD数值模拟功能研究了4种类型点阵喷嘴受胶体压力的变形量,通过点胶实验分析了挤胶活塞速度对胶点重量一致性的影响。研究表明:点阵喷嘴受胶体压力后的变形量呈中间大四周小的趋势,Type-3型点阵喷嘴受胶体压力后的变形量最小;胶点重量由点阵喷嘴的中间向边缘逐渐减小,胶点重量的一致性随着胶体流速增大而变差,挤胶活塞的最佳速度是25 mm/s。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor consistency of glue dot in contact dispensing system. The dot-matrix micro nozzle dispensing system was developed. The deformation of four types of dot-matrix nozzles under glue pressure was studied by CFD simulation function of Ansys-Fluent software. The influence of extrusion piston speed on the consistency of weight of glue dots was analyzed through dispensing experiment. The results show that: the deformation of dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure tends to be larger in the middle and smaller around, and the deformation of Type-3 dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure is the smallest; the weight of glue dot decreases gradually from the middle of dot-matrix nozzle to the edge, and the consistency of glue dot weight becomes worse with the increase of the glue flow rate, and the optimal speed of extrusion piston is 25 mm/s.
