Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of poor consistency of glue dot in contact dispensing system. The dot-matrix micro nozzle dispensing system was developed. The deformation of four types of dot-matrix nozzles under glue pressure was studied by CFD simulation function of Ansys-Fluent software. The influence of extrusion piston speed on the consistency of weight of glue dots was analyzed through dispensing experiment. The results show that: the deformation of dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure tends to be larger in the middle and smaller around, and the deformation of Type-3 dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure is the smallest; the weight of glue dot decreases gradually from the middle of dot-matrix nozzle to the edge, and the consistency of glue dot weight becomes worse with the increase of the glue flow rate, and the optimal speed of extrusion piston is 25 mm/s.
