立式加工中心主轴热特性测试与分析

  • 摘要: 基于主轴误差分析仪和高精度数字温度传感器,搭建了主轴热特性测试系统,给出了主轴热特性测试方法和流程。对立式加工中心进行了不同转速下的主轴热特性测试。基于主轴热误差、转速和关键点温度数据,得出主轴轴向热漂移误差q与转速呈指数关系的结论,并给出了基于皮尔逊相关系数的最优温度测点选取方法;分析出主轴Y向热漂移误差与转速呈线性关系的结论,并提出了主轴箱上下端面的温度差是主轴Y向热倾斜变形的主要成因。分析了主轴热特性指标与加工精度的关系。

     

    Abstract: Based on the spindle error analyzer and high-precision digital temperature sensor, the spindle thermal characteristic test sysstem is built, and the spindle thermal characteristic test method and process are given. The spindle thermal characteristics of vertical machining center at different speeds were tested. Based on the spindle thermal error, speed and temperature data of key points, the conclusion that the axial thermal drift error of the spindle q has an exponential relationship with the speed is obtained, and the optimal temperature measurement point selection method based on pearson correlation coefficient is given; It is concluded that the thermal drift error of the spindle in Y direction is linear with the rotation speed, and the temperature difference between the upper and lower end faces of the spindle box is the main cause of the thermal tilt deformation of the spindle in Y direction. The relationship between thermal characteristic index of spindle and machining accuracy is analyzed.
