渗碳12CrNi3合金钢疲劳寿命预测及变应力水平下残余寿命可靠性研究

Research on fatigue life prediction and residual life reliability under variable stress levels of carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel

  • 摘要: 旨在研究渗碳12CrNi3合金钢疲劳寿命预测模型及变应力水平下残余寿命可靠性评估。通过应力比R = -1的疲劳试验,基于试样内部疲劳失效机理,结合裂纹扩展速率公式,构建了内部疲劳失效的寿命预测模型。基于变应力水平下疲劳寿命的三参数威布尔分布规律,构建了先验寿命下残余寿命的可靠度模型及概率密度模型。结果表明:预测疲劳寿命在3倍因子内有较高的预测精度;在先验寿命下,随着残余寿命的增加,可靠度及概率密度在减小。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the fatigue life prediction model of interior failure and the reliability evaluation of residual life of carburized 12CrNi3 alloy steel under variable stress levels. Through the fatigue experiment under stress ratio R=-1, based on the interior fatigue failure mechanism of the specimen, combined with the crack growth rate, the life prediction model of interior fatigue failure is established.Based on the three parameter Weibull distribution law of fatigue life under the variable stress levels, the reliability model and probability density model of residual life under prior life are constructed. The results show that: the predicted fatigue life has a high prediction accuracy within 3 times factor. Under the prior life, the reliability and probability density decrease with the increase of residual life.
