基于机械挺杆复合磨削浮动薄膜夹具的设计

Design of float film clamp based on compound grinding of mechanism tappet

  • 摘要: 挺杆是汽车发动机配气机构的重要组成部分。它属于薄壁类零件,在最后的磨削过程中极易发生变形。现有的加工方法很难保证其尺寸公差和形位公差的要求。设计了一种全新的浮动薄膜夹具。该夹具在挺杆底端采用硬点支撑、在口端采用浮动支撑,可实现端面和内径表面的复合磨削。最终能保证零件的尺寸公差和形位公差。

     

    Abstract: Tappet is an important component in valve mechanism of automobile engine. It belongs to thin-walled parts, and it becomes deformed unavoidably in final grinding. Existing processing methods can barely guarantee its dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance. In this paper, a new type of float film clamp is designed. This clamp adopts hard spot support in the bottom of the tappet, and adopts float support in the other side. It can realize surface grinding and internal grinding simultaneously, so can guarantee its dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance better.
