FANUC数控系统位置压力控制功能的实现及其在伺服压力机中的应用

Implementation of position and pressure control of FANUC CNC system and its application in servo press

  • 摘要: 为更好满足金属成形过程中伺服压力机位置及压力控制需求,介绍了FANUC PMI-A数控系统位置压力控制功能的原理、在压力机上的实现方法,并给出了系数参数配置以及主要的加工程序等。最后通过FANUC Servo guide对压力机相关运行数据采集分析,说明FANUC数控系统位置压力控制功能适用于伺服压力机。

     

    Abstract: In order to better meet the position and pressure control needs of the servo press in the metal forming process, the principle of the position and pressure control function of the FANUC PMI-A CNC system and the realization method on the press are introduced, and the coefficient parameter configuration and NC program are given. Finally, the FANUC Servo guide is used to collect and analyze the relevant operating data of the press, which shows that the position and pressure control function of the FANUC CNC system is suitable for servo presses.
