基于力士乐MTX micro系统实现专用机床的高精度数控化

High precision numerical control of special machine tool based on Rexroth MTX micro system

  • 摘要: 为了满足高精度复杂刀具专用机床的数控化加工需求,利用力士乐MTX micro数控系统,通过系统轴耦合功能,将传统机构及凸轮传动机构的传动链关系,转换为样条表文件,根据加工工艺要求,编写加工程序,实现多类滚齿刀具的铲齿加工。同时设计专用HMI用户界面,使操作更加简便化、柔性化和智能化,且具有良好的引导功能。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of CNC painting processing of special machine tools for complex tools, this paper introduces the use of Rexroth MTX micro CNC system, through the axis coupling function of the system, transforms the transmission chain relationship of traditional mechanism and cam transmission mechanism into spline table file. According to the requirements of processing technology, the machining program is compiled to realize the relief machining of various kinds of hobbing tools. The design of special HMI user interface makes the operation more simple, flexible, intelligent and has good guidance function.
