汽车轮毂洁净制造自动化生产线设计

Design of automated and cleaner production line for wheel hub in automobile manufacturing

  • 摘要: 汽车轮毂制造在交通领域占有重要地位,然而现有汽车轮毂生产线存在依赖工人操作效率低、采用浇注式冷却润滑污染环境等问题,不符合“十四五”规划高端装备和绿色制造发展要求。基于此,开展了汽车轮毂自动化洁净生产线设计工作。依据轮毂毛坯件结构特性,开发了融合料架、转运机械手和输送辊道的上下料系统,形成串联式可拓展的密集型生产线布局;采用轴向吸盘夹持爪进行工件的定点抓取实现精准高效输运。设计了车削内外圆专用夹具,气动同步回路控制4组卡爪同时动作实现自定心。根据工件材料计算车削力并设计夹紧力。加工单元中嵌入微量润滑供给装备,代替传统浇注式实现了绿色制造。以平均生产节拍为参考,自动化生产线生产效率提升22%以上。

     

    Abstract: The manufacturing of automobile wheel hub plays an important role in transportation field. However, the existed production line of wheel hub was inefficient and unfriendly to the environment, which could not meet the requirements of automation and sustainable manufacturing, due to usage of manual operation and mineral cutting fluids. Therefore, an automated production line of wheel hub is designed in this paper. A feeding and blanking system, which layout is expandable, is composed of racks, transfer robotic arms and conveying rollers. Firstly, the workpiece could be grabbed precisely and efficiently to fixed point, thanks to axially arranged suction cups equipping on gripper. Secondly, a self-centering special clamp for inside/outside circle cutting is designed, in which four claws are controlled by pneumatic synchronisation circuit. The clamping force could be set up adaptively according to cutting force model, in which workpiece material and processing parameters were considered. Finally, to achieve green manufacturing, minimum quantity lubrication devices are embedded in the manufacturing unit and the traditional flood lubrication is replaced. As a result, the production efficiency of the automated production line is increased by more than 22%, based on the average production beat.
