螺旋桨数控抛光机结构设计及功能分析

Structural design and functional analysis of propeller CNC polishing machines

  • 摘要: 船用螺旋桨是所有船舶发动机的一种较为重要的组成部件,螺旋桨的加工质量及各项指标合格对于船舶发动机的动力输出等多方面都有十分关键的影响。通过研究螺旋桨各项指标,确定螺旋桨数控抛光机的整体布局与传动系统的设计方案,并进行了较为完整的结构设计和功能分析,最终设计出专门针对船用螺旋桨叶片抛光的数控抛光机。该数控抛光机能够大幅度提高螺旋桨叶片的抛光精度、使用寿命等基础性能,并减少制造安装所需的人力和物力以及减小人工抛光的工作强度,从而解决螺旋桨抛光难的问题。

     

    Abstract: Marine propellers are a relatively important component of all marine engines. The processing quality of the propellers and the qualification of various indicators have a very critical impact on the power output of the marine engine. By studying the various indicators of the propeller, the overall layout of the propeller CNC polishing machine and the design plan of the transmission system are determined, and a relatively complete structure design and function analysis are carried out. Finally, a CNC polishing machine specially designed for the polishing of marine propeller blades is designed. The CNC polishing machine can greatly improve the basic performance such as the polishing accuracy and service life of the propeller blade, and reduce the manpower and material resources required for manufacturing and installation and the work intensity of manual polishing, thereby solving the problem of difficult polishing of propellers.
