基于ASX400铣刀盘车铣复合与五轴加工技术研究

  • 摘要: 车铣复合与五轴加工都属于多轴加工技术,以铣刀盘的多轴加工过程为主线,阐述车铣复合加工的外圆铣削和端面铣削原理,螺旋槽的编程方法、人机对话编程与操作的实践;说明五轴机床定向加工原理和基于UG的零件CAM过程、分析RPCP刀具跟随编程的起因和原理,给出机床RPCP参数的测算方法和五轴工件坐标系的确定方法,为相关从业者提供经验借鉴和指导作用。

    technology, the article research on the multi-axis machining process of the milling cutter head, expounds the principle of cylindrical and end-face milling of turn-milling composite, the programming method of the spiral groove, the operation and practice of human-machine interact programming; Explain the principle of five axis directional machining and the CAM process based on UG, analysis of the causes and principles of RPCP programming, and gives the method of measuring the RPCP parameters and five-axis system coordinate , and provides experience and guidance for the relevant practitioners.
