Upgrade solutions and realization of digital workshop based on digital twin

摘要: 根据自身发展需要,以数字孪生车间运行模式和数字化车间构建等理论为指导,综合运用大数据、工业互联和数字仿真等技术,建立大数据信息平台与数字孪生管理系统,实现设备集成与互联互通,应用仿真技术于产品设计及关键工艺,完成车间数字化升级,大幅提升智能制造水平。Abstract: With the development of new generation information technology and national strategic policy, CTB Co., Ltd. upgraded the digital workshop with the theory of digital twin workshop operation mode and digital workshop construction as the guide. It applied various technologies such as big data, industrial interconnection, digital simulation, to establish big data information platform and digital twin management system, integrate and interconnect various equipment, and simulate the product design and key processes. This greatly improve the level of intelligent manufacturing.
