Abstract: With the development of new generation information technology and national strategic policy, CTB Co., Ltd. upgraded the digital workshop with the theory of digital twin workshop operation mode and digital workshop construction as the guide. It applied various technologies such as big data, industrial interconnection, digital simulation, to establish big data information platform and digital twin management system, integrate and interconnect various equipment, and simulate the product design and key processes. This greatly improve the level of intelligent manufacturing.
