基于i5系统的TD500A钻攻中心精度试验分析

Accuracy test analysis of TD500A drilling and tapping center based on i5 system

  • 摘要: 选择通用技术集团大连机床有限责任公司自主生产的TD500A立式钻攻中心为试验样机,匹配i5智能系统,以其整体为研究对象。通过雷尼绍激光干涉仪对其定位精度、重复定位精度进行测试,进一步验证配置i5系统的TD500A钻攻中心在精度方面的可靠性。研究结果表明:TD500A立式钻攻中心机床中的i5系统经过补偿,在线性轴定位精度等方面上有很大提升,文中研究结论对该系统在机床中的应用具有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The TD500A vertical drilling and tapping center independently produced by Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd. of general technology group is selected as the experimental prototype, which is matched with i5 intelligent system. The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of TD500A drilling and tapping center with i5 system are tested by Renishaw laser interferometer to further verify the reliability of the accuracy. The results show that: the research conclusions have important reference value for the application of the system in machine tools.
