46MnVS5连杆脉冲激光切割裂解槽实验研究

Experimental study on pulse laser cutting 46MnVS5 connecting rod cracking groove

  • 摘要: 分析总结了不同脉冲光纤激光加工参数(脉冲功率、脉冲频率、脉冲宽度和切割速度)对新型胀断连杆材料46MnVS5裂解槽几何尺寸的影响规律。结果显示:随着脉冲功率、脉冲频率和脉冲宽度的增大,裂解槽的深度和宽度都有不同程度的增加,其中脉冲功率对张角的影响较大,脉冲频率和脉冲宽度对张角的变化不明显;槽深和槽宽随着切槽速度的增加均减小,张角则在一定尺寸范围内变化。当加工出来的槽深在450~700 μm、槽宽在150~200 μm时,张角在15°~20°范围内变化,可满足加工要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the influence of different pulse fiber laser processing parameters (pulse power, pulse frequency, pulse width and cutting speed) on the geometry of 46MnVS5 cracking groove of a new expanded connecting rod material is analyzed and summarized. The results show that with the increase of pulse power, pulse frequency and pulse width, the depth and width of cracking tank increase in varying degrees. Among them, the pulse power has a great influence on the opening angle, but the change of pulse frequency and pulse width on the opening angle is not obvious; The groove depth and width decrease with the increase of cutting speed, and the opening angle changes in a certain size range. When the processed groove depth is between 450~700 μm and the groove width is between 150~200 μm, the opening angle changes in the range of 15°~20°, which can meet the processing requirements.
