基于专利分析的电主轴技术现状与发展研究

Research on the current situation and development of motorized spindle technology based on patent analysis

  • 摘要: 当前我国数控机床与世界领先水平仍有一定差距,部分核心技术尚未完全掌握。为全面了解近5年来国内电主轴技术领域的研发现状和发展趋势,从专利分析的角度出发,以各专利分析平台为基础,分析企业与高校、不同类型专利之间的知识产权情况。结果表明,国内企业和高等院校在加工中心的电主轴方面申请知识产权量少、技术创新性不高。在后续研发过程中,应当加大研发力度,积极开展新产品、新技术、新工艺的研发,并且注重知识产权的时效性和重要性。

     

    Abstract: At present, there is still a certain gap between China′s CNC machine tools and the world′s leading level, and some core technologies have not been fully mastered. In order to fully understand the research status and development trend of domestic motorized spindle technology in recent five years, from the perspective of patent analysis and based on various patent analysis platforms, the intellectual property rights between enterprises, universities and different types of patents are analyzed. The results show that domestic enterprises and colleges and universities apply for less intellectual property rights and low technological innovation in the machining center′s motorized spindle. In the follow-up research and development process, the research and development efforts should be strengthened to actively carry out the research and development of new goods, new technologies, and new processes, with an emphasis on the timeliness and significance of intellectual property.
