基于Simulation的卧式加工中心底座优化设计及工艺改进

Optimization design and process improvement of horizontal machining center bed based on simulation

  • 摘要: 针对一种规格卧式加工中心底座,在整机装配过程中出现导轨扭曲过大,水平调整无法达到精度,需要返修的问题,通过使用Simulation软件对底座的抗扭、抗弯静态刚度进行了对比分析,对加工工艺支撑稳定性进行了分析,发现了底座在结构设计及加工工艺支撑的薄弱之处,并提出了改进方案。该研究为同类型机床底座的结构、制造工艺的高质量设计提供了参考结构和方法,研究过程得到的底座扭转、抗弯刚度的定量值也可为同类机床的有限元分析提供比对参考值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the guide rail is too distorted during the assembly of a horizontal machining center bed and the horizontal adjustment cannot reach the accuracy and needs to be repaired, this paper compares the torsional and flexural static stiffness of the bed and analyzes the stability of the processing technology support by using the simulation software, through which the weakness of the bed in the structural design and processing technology support is found and the improvement scheme is put forward. This study provides a reference structure and method for the structure and high quality manufacturing process design of the bed of the same type of machine tools. The quantitative value of torsional and flexural stiffness of the bed obtained in the research process can also provide a reference value for the finite element analysis of the same type of machine tools.
