Abstract:
Pin shaft is widely used in mining mechanical connection, and the heat treatment process plays an important role on its mechanical property. The existing heat treatment process has a low degree of automation and informatization, resulting in a large gap between the actual effect and the expected result, and does not adapt to the digital development trend. An approach to reform the heat treatment workshop is presented which is based on models of the key processes. The models, on one hand, are used to provide rapid-design guidance for the transformation scheme of the workshop. On the other hand, combined with the actual data obtained from the system operation, the models can be utilized as mechanism model for the subsequent upgrading of digital control (digital twin system).
