机器人自动锁螺钉装配任务规划与实验

  • 摘要: 针对工业自动化生产中锁螺钉装配存在工作效率低下、自动化程度不高的问题,面向螺钉和螺钉板自动上下料、自动锁螺钉装配等自动化需求,设计了机器人自动锁螺钉装配系统,介绍了系统的组成单元和工作原理,规划了自动锁螺钉装配任务的实现路径。设计了机器人自动锁螺钉装配系统的控制器的硬件和软件,并配置了I/O地址,编写了机器人自动锁螺钉装配控制程序,实现了机器人自动锁螺钉装配目标。最后通过连续实验测试统计自动锁螺钉装配个数,分析了工作效率,验证了机器人自动锁螺钉装配的可行性,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Finally, the number of automatic locking screw assemblies through continuous experimental testing was counted. the work efficiency was Analyzed, and the feasibility of robot automatic locking screw assembly was verified. the engineering has a certain value.
