考虑偏载的行星轮系功率流及传动效率计算

Calculation of power flow and transmission efficiency for planetary gear train considering unbalance load phenomenon

  • 摘要: 行星轮系被广泛应用在机床等设备中,传动效率是评价行星轮系性能的一个重要指标。然而,目前对于行星轮系传动效率的研究通常没有考虑偏载等现象,这影响了行星轮系传动效率计算的精确性。因此,以实际应用最多的2K-H型行星轮系为研究对象,利用虚功率理论,提出了一种适用于多工况下行星轮系功率流及传动效率的计算方法,借助于行星轮系动力学模型的分析结果,对行星轮系传动效率的计算结果进行了验证,为下一步行星轮系的传动性能改善提供了理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Planetary gear train (PGT) is widely used in machine tools and other equipment. Transmission efficiency is an important index to evaluate the performance of planetary gear train. However, at present, the phenomenon of unbalance load is not usually considered in the research on the transmission efficiency of planetary gear train, which affects the calculation accuracy of transmission efficiency for planetary gear train. Therefore, 2K-H planetary gear train is taken as the research object by the virtual power theory and a calculation method of power flow and transmission efficiency for planetary gear train is proposed for applying to multiple working conditions. According to the analysis results of dynamic model for planetary gear train, the calculation of results of transmission efficiency is verified, which provides theoretical guidance for the improvement of transmission performance for planetary gear train in the next step.
