Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of data acquisition difficulties and the large amount of data collected in intelligent manufacturing workshops, starting from data acquisition, a data acquisition framework for equipment resource data and material resource data in intelligent manufacturing workshops is proposed. Then, combined with the characteristics of the collected data,corresponding data cleaning and data dimensionality reduction methodsare proposed, and the proposed methodsare verified in a manufacturing workshop of an enterprise. The experiment proves that the data preprocessing methodsare feasible and superior.
