基于广州数控系统的某型号立式加工中心精度试验研究

Experimental study on the accuracy of a vertical machining center based on guangzhou cnc system

  • 摘要: 考虑目前国内外市场对于高速、高精、高自动化和高可靠性特点的立式加工中心的需求,选择某型号立式加工中心为试验样机,匹配国产广州数控智能系统,并以其整体为研究对象。通过采用雷尼绍激光干涉仪以及球杆仪对该试验样机的线性轴精度及圆弧精度进行测试,进而验证应用该系统的立式加工中心在精度方面的可靠性。研究结果表明:该系统经过补偿及优化后,机床精度显著提升,各项指标均达到内控标准,且远低于国家标准。研究结论对该系统在机床领域中的应用具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Considering the current domestic and foreign market demand for high-speed, high-precision, high automation and high reliability vertical machining center, a certain model of vertical machining center is selected as the test prototype, matched with the domestic Guangzhou CNC intelligent system, and its whole is taken as the research object. The linear axis accuracy and circular arc accuracy of the test prototype are tested by Renishaw laser interferometer and ball bar instrument, and then the reliability of the accuracy of the vertical machining center using the system is verified. The research results show that after compensation and optimization, the accuracy of the machine tool has been significantly improved, and all indicators have reached the internal control standard, which is far lower than the national standard. The research conclusion has certain reference value for the application of the system in the field of machine tools.
