整体叶盘的CMM测量规划与仿真系统研究

Research on CMM measurement planning and simulation system of integral leaf disc

  • 摘要: 针对整体叶盘结构复杂测量困难的特点,研发了一种基于OpenGL的虚拟仿真检测系统。该仿真系统建立了三坐标测量机和整体叶盘的三维实体模型,对整体叶盘测量路径进行规划,在均匀分布的基础上,提出了一种基于曲率的自适应采样方法,减少了测量点数目,实现了截面线上采样点自适应分布,并确定了每个测量区域的测头位姿。完成了整体叶盘的测量规划以及测量过程的仿真。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a virtual simulation detection system based on OpenGL is developed for the complex and difficult measurement of the whole bladed disk structure. The three coordinate measuring machine simulation system is established and the overall semal three-dimensional entity model, on the whole semal measurement path planning, on the basis of uniform distribution, this paper proposes a adaptive sampling method based on curvature, reduced the number of measuring point, has realized the online adaptive sampling point distribution, and to determine the position of each measurement area of the head. The measurement planning and simulation of the whole bladed disk are completed.
