云制造环境下模具加工任务与制造资源服务匹配研究与应用

Research and application of mold processing task and manufacturing resource service matching in cloud manufacturing environment

  • 摘要: 针对传统模具企业加工任务需求的不断变化,更多个性化的模具加工任务被提出,不同区域企业间缺乏沟通与合作,传统的模具企业仅仅依靠自身拥有的加工资源,难以满足复杂多变的加工任务的需求。引入云制造模式,对模具加工任务的分类、编码规则以及任务间的相互关系进行研究,建立模具制造企业订单项目模型,利用UML建模技术,对模具加工任务进行形式化描述,确定模具加工任务的约束关系,并提出了模具加工任务与制造资源服务匹配的3种模式,以及金银铜质制造资源服务检索算法,结合层次分析法、专家评估法和熵权系数法的主客观综合方法计算最优指标权重系数,得出的结果作为最优服务。结果表明:有效地促进企业间的协同工作,企业生产制造方式更加丰富化,有效提高闲置加工资源的利用率,降低生产成本。

     

    Abstract: In view of the changing requirements of the processing tasks of traditional mold enterprises, more personalized mold processing tasks have been proposed. There is a lack of communication and cooperation between enterprises in different regions. Traditional mold enterprises only rely on their own processing resources, which is difficult to meet the needs of complex and changeable processing tasks. Introduction of cloud manufacturing model, classification and encoding rules of mold processing the task as well as the relationship between tasks, establishing the model of mold manufacturing enterprise order project using UML modeling technology, to formal description of mold processing task, determine the mold processing task constraint relations, and put forward the mold processing tasks and manufacturing resource service matching three models, And the gold, silver and copper manufacturing resources service retrieval algorithm, combined with the analytic hierarchy process, expert evaluation method and entropy weight coefficient method of subjective and objective comprehensive method to calculate the optimal index weight coefficient, the results obtained as the optimal service. The results show that it can effectively promote the cooperative work among enterprises, enrich the production and manufacturing mode of enterprises, effectively improve the utilization rate of idle processing resources, and reduce the production cost.
