基于负载转矩观测器的热连轧电机模型预测控制

Model predictive torque control of hot strip mill motor based on load torque observer

  • 摘要: 在大型热连轧机传动领域,交流电机作为传动电机取代直流电机已经是必然的发展趋势。交流异步电机凭借低成本、质量小、易操作、结构简易、运行可靠、易于维护、能够用于易燃易爆等恶劣环境等优点,在大型热连轧机主传动领域受到广泛青睐。针对大功率低转速的热连轧机异步传动电机设计模型预测转矩控制系统,并设计负载转矩观测器对速度外环控制器做前馈补偿。仿真实验结果表明,该控制系统能够有效地对热连轧机异步传动电机进行控制,具有较快的响应速度和较高的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In the field of large hot strip mill drive, AC motor as a drive motor to replace DC motor is the inevitable development trend. With the advantages of low cost, small mass, easy operation, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and the ability to be used in harsh environments such as flammable and explosive, AC asynchronous motors are widely favored in the main drive field of large hot strip mills. In this paper, we design a model predictive torque control system for a high power and low speed hot strip mill asynchronous drive motor, and design a load torque observer to do feedforward compensation for the speed external loop controller. The simulation results show that the control system can effectively control the asynchronous drive motor of the hot strip mill with fast response and high stability.
