汽车桥壳液压胀形工艺增压系统设计

Design of hydraulic bulging process pressurization system for of automobile axle housing

  • 摘要: 液压胀形是制造管壳类零件的一种先进成形方法。在分析汽车桥壳液压胀形工艺的基础上,设计了双级增压系统以实现液压胀形过程中低压快速充液、补液增压、高压校形以及快速泄压的工作要求。确定了压力控制路径和增压器位移路径,给出了基于位移控制为主、压力控制为辅的控制策略,并进行了生产性试验,得到了成形性较好的液压胀形汽车桥壳管件。

     

    Abstract: Hydraulic bulging is an advanced forming method for manufacturing tube shell parts. Based on the analysis of the hydraulic bulging process of the automobile axle housing, a two-stage supercharger system is designed to meet the working requirements of low-pressure rapid filling, hydraulic replenishment and boosting, high-pressure calibration and rapid pressure relief in the hydraulic bulging process. The pressure control path and the supercharger displacement path are determined. The control strategy based on the displacement control as the main and the pressure control as the auxiliary is given. The production test is carried out, and the pipe fittings with good formability are obtained.
