Abstract:
Hydraulic bulging is an advanced forming method for manufacturing tube shell parts. Based on the analysis of the hydraulic bulging process of the automobile axle housing, a two-stage supercharger system is designed to meet the working requirements of low-pressure rapid filling, hydraulic replenishment and boosting, high-pressure calibration and rapid pressure relief in the hydraulic bulging process. The pressure control path and the supercharger displacement path are determined. The control strategy based on the displacement control as the main and the pressure control as the auxiliary is given. The production test is carried out, and the pipe fittings with good formability are obtained.
