基于三维模型的消耗式装配工艺方法研究

Research on assembly process of part consumption based on 3D model

  • 摘要: 复杂产品的装配工艺对齐套性、一致性和完整性有很高要求,需要支持在BOM变迁的情形下实现基于模型的可视化装配。通过研究多BOM的数据关系与变迁过程,建立了可追溯的BOM静态信息模型和BOM变迁的动态过程模型。提出了基于路径与零件实例的从PBOM到MBOM的消耗式物料分配方法,并使用三维坐标动态运算的方式来保证三维模型组装与显示的正确性。依据此方法设计了内存数据结构,进行了系统功能实现和验证,证明该方法满足实际的应用要求。

     

    Abstract: Assembly-sets, consistency and integrality are highly required on assembly process of complex products, which needs to support visual assembly based on 3D Model in the case of BOM changes. By studying data relationship and changing process of multiple BOMs, a traceable static information model of BOM and a dynamic process model of BOM changing are established. A consumpable material distribution method from PBOM to MBOM based on path and part instance is proposed, and 3D coordinate dynamic operation is used to ensure the correctness of 3D model assembly and display. According to this method, the memory data structure is designed, and the system function is realized and verified, which proves that the method in this paper meets the practical application requirements.
