工件测量功能在西门子840D sl五轴数控机床中的应用

  • 摘要: 以西门子840D sl五轴数控机床为例,详细阐述了西门子840D sl五轴机床五轴功能参数配置方法、3D测头调试与标定方法、基于空间标准球与西门子五轴标定循环(CYCLE9960)精确计算五轴转换几何矢量方法。通过对五轴机床回转轴心、轴线等运动系统的矢量校准,有效减少五轴数控机床工件测量误差。同时对840D sl五轴坐标转换和西门子测量循环的工作原理和执行过程也进行了深入研究,基西门子840D sl五轴机床加工过程中刀轴矢量的运动变化规律,采用一种适用于通用五轴机床的工件测量方法,进而实现加工过程中工件坐标自动测量,缩短了零件的加工辅助时间,提高了加工效率和精度。

     

    Abstract: Taking the Siemens 840D sl five-axis CNC machine tool as an example, this paper expounds in detail the five-axis function parameter configuration method, the 3D probe debugging and calibration method, and the accurate calculation of the five axis transformation geometric vector based on the space standard sphere and the Siemens five-axis calibration cycle (cycle9960). Through the vector calibration of the five axis machine tool rotation axis, axis and other motion systems, the workpiece measurement error of the five-axis CNC machine tool is effectively reduced. At the same time, the working principle and execution process of 840D sl five-axis coordinate conversion and Siemens measurement cycle are also deeply studied. Based on the motion change law of tool axis vector in the machining process of Siemens 840D sl five-axis machine tool, a workpiece measurement method suitable for universal five axis machine tool is adopted, so as to realize automatic measurement of workpiece coordinate in the process of machining, shorten the auxiliary time of part processing, and improve the processing efficiency and accuracy.
