Abstract:
To solve the hybrid assembly mode problems such as the fragmented data information, difficulty in assembly real-time monitoring and product quality traceability, this paper constructs the Internet of Things(IoT) for assembly process traceability to achieve the comprehensive perception, intelligent identification and whole process tracking of assembly resources. On this basis, the technical framework of assembly line information management and control system of electronic equipment is built in the internet of things environment, and the prototype system is designed in combination with a variety of sensing technologies, to optimize the planning, configuration and scheduling for various assembly resources, and achieve accurate, real-time and intelligent assembly line monitoring. Finally, the prototype system feasibility is successfully verified by a component assembly line, which provides a strong support and reference for the construction of informational IoT management and control in military enterprises and other manufacturing enterprises, so it is valuable for promotion and application.
