大型铝合金环锻件加工变形控制技术研究

Research on technology of deformation control for large aluminum alloy ring forging

  • 摘要: 大型铝合金环锻件加工工艺流程复杂,工序较多,加工过程伴随有工件变形。针对各主要工序带来的变形问题,结合加工工艺和工件材料性能属性对变形机理展开深入研究,围绕变形原因,针对加工前、加工中和加工后提出了一系列变形控制措施。通过试验验证了变形控制方法的有效性,为后续工件量产提供工艺优化参考。

     

    Abstract: The machining process of large-scale aluminum alloy ring forgings is complicated with many processes, and the deformation of workpiece is accompanied in the machining process. Aiming at the deformation problems caused by each main process, the deformation mechanism is deeply studied in combination with the technology of machining and the properties of workpiece materials. Focusing on the causes of deformation, a series of deformation control measures are put forward before, during and after processing. The validity of the deformation control method is verified by experiments, which provides a reference for process optimization of subsequent mass production of workpieces.
