  • 摘要: 作为机床主轴的核心零件,轴承的动态刚度对机床加工精度至关重要。为模拟机床主轴轴承的工况,测量轴承运转过程中的动态刚度,设计了一种能够对多种组配形式的轴承轴向或径向动态刚度进行测量的轴承动态刚度测量仪。该测量仪有柔性驱动系统驱动、伺服电缸加载、直线旋转运动轴系传递载荷和旋转,测量系统能够实时监测轴承转速、载荷和被测轴承变形量等数据,从而计算出被测轴承的动态刚度。阐述了测量仪的工作原理、测量主体、柔性驱动系统、加载系统等关键系统的结构和工作方式,介绍了测量仪的技术特点,并通过试验验证了测量仪的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: As the core part of the machine tool spindle, the dynamic stiffness of the bearing is very important to the machining accuracy of the machine tool. In order to simulate the working conditions of the machine tool spindle bearing and measure the dynamic stiffness of the bearing during its operation, a bearing dynamic stiffness measuring instrument was designed, which can measure the axial or radial dynamic stiffness of the bearings in various combinations. The measuring instrument is driven by the flexible drive system, loaded by the servo electric cylinder, and the linear rotary motion shafting transmits the load and rotation. The measuring system can monitor the bearing speed, load and deformation of the measured bearing in real time, so as to calculate the dynamic of the measured bearing. stiffness. The working principle of the measuring instrument, the structure and working mode of key systems such as the measuring main body, flexible drive system, loading system, etc. are expounded, the technical characteristics of the measuring instrument are introduced, and the reliability of the measuring instrument is verified by experiments.
