  • 摘要: 基于分布式的基础上对数控系统的架构进行设计研究,从系统的硬件结构研究、系统的软件架构的研究,提出一种全新的系统架构满足系统软硬件可以满足模块化叠加、抽离、独立优化、易迭代;也能满足高精度、高效率和高表面质量的算力要求;同时还能满足未来数控系统的智能化、网络化和信息化的要求,并验证了这种全新的系统架构设计方案的可行性,为高档数控系统架构设计构建了一种新的设计思路。

     

    Abstract: Based on the distributed architecture, this paper designs the architecture of the CNC system. A new system architecture is proposed from the perspective of system hardware architecture and system software architecture ,which is characterized by modular superposition, separation, independent optimization and easy iteration.At the same time, it can also meet the computational requirements of high accuracy, high efficiency and high surface quality.Meet the requirements of intellectualization, networking and informatization of future CNC system.This paper verifies the feasibility of this new system architecture. It constructs a new design idea for the architecture design of high-end CNC system.
