Experimental study on laser cavitation micromodeling of 304 stainless steel

  • 摘要: 针对304不锈钢激光空化微造型进行了实验研究,重点研究了激光焦点位置、激光能量和激光作用次数这3个主要因素对304不锈钢材料表面微造型的影响规律,采用激光共聚焦显微镜对304不锈钢材料表面微造型的形貌进行观察测量,并运用相关理论对实验现象和结果进行具体分析。

     

    Abstract: This article conducted experimental research on laser cavitation micro modeling of 304 stainless steel, focusing on the influence of three main factors: laser focus position, laser energy, and laser action frequency on the surface micro modeling of 304 stainless steel. The morphology of the surface micro modeling of 304 stainless steel was observed and measured using a laser confocal microscope, and relevant theories were used to analyze the experimental phenomena and results in detail.
