龙门加工中心横梁导轨靠合面变形分析与补偿研究

Deformation analysis and compensation of gantry machining center beam guideway surface

  • 摘要: 横梁自重及其他功能部件重量等多源因素共同造成了横梁导轨靠合面的Z向凹陷及扭转变形现象,进而导致靠合面精度失真并影响龙门加工中心横梁Y向综合直线度。为消除不利因素对导轨靠合面产生的影响,文章基于有限元分析法,聚焦横梁上下两导轨靠合面,建立仿真分析试验方案,求解不同位置处变形量并拟合绘制出其全程变形曲线,依据该曲线对导轨靠合面进行形变量修复补偿。实际测量结果表明:补偿后的龙门加工中心横梁Y向综合直线度精度得到有效提升。

     

    Abstract: The multi-source factors such as the weight of the beam and the weight of other functional components together cause the Z-direction depression and torsional deformation of the beam guideway Surface,it will leads to the distortion of the accuracy of the guideway surface and affects the Y-direction comprehensive straightness of the beam of the gantry machining center. In order to eliminate the influence of unfavorable factors on the surface of the guide rail, based on the finite element analysis method, this novel focuses on the upper and lower guideway Surfaces of the beam.Then the simulation analysis test scheme was established and the deformation at different positions were solved. According to the whole deformation curve drawn by the fitting, the deformation of the guide rail Surface was repaired and compensated. The actual measurement results show that: The Y -direction comprehensive straightness accuracy of the crossbeam of the gantry machining center is effectively improved after compensation.
