涡轮叶片榫头磨削加工应用研究

  • 摘要: 针对航空发动机涡轮叶片榫头磨削加工问题,通过分析涡轮叶片零件材料及结构特点,制定其缓进磨削加工的主要工艺流程,据此总结出涡轮叶片磨削工艺装备、参数验证方法和检测过程及方法。针对零件加工过程中的难点及实际工艺过程的注意事项,如多余物控制及标印等,提出了解决方案。同时根据零件使用过程中避免再结晶的特点,设计正交实验,得到最佳磨削参数并进行验证分析。最后总结了零件工艺过程并提出了后续工艺提升改进的方向。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the grinding problem of Aero-engine Turbine blade tenon, through analyzing the material and structural characteristics of turbine blade parts, the main process of creep grinding is formulated. Based on this, the grinding process equipment, parameter verification method, detection process and method of turbine blade are summarized. In view of the difficulties in the process of parts processing and the matters needing attention in the actual process, such as surplus control and marking, solutions are proposed. At the same time, according to the characteristics of avoiding recrystallization during the use of parts, orthogonal experiments were designed to obtain the optimal grinding parameters and verify the analysis. Finally, the part process is summarized and the development direction of subsequent process is proposed.
