Abstract:
Aiming at the grinding problem of Aero-engine Turbine blade tenon, through analyzing the material and structural characteristics of turbine blade parts, the main process of creep grinding is formulated. Based on this, the grinding process equipment, parameter verification method, detection process and method of turbine blade are summarized. In view of the difficulties in the process of parts processing and the matters needing attention in the actual process, such as surplus control and marking, solutions are proposed. At the same time, according to the characteristics of avoiding recrystallization during the use of parts, orthogonal experiments were designed to obtain the optimal grinding parameters and verify the analysis. Finally, the part process is summarized and the development direction of subsequent process is proposed.
