Abstract:
Since the introduction of Industry 4.0, there has been a continuous increase in the demand for reliability and efficiency in quality inspection. To address the issues of low efficiency and high susceptibility to human subjectivity in traditional quality inspection methods that rely on manual labor and instrument assistance, a digital evidence-based product quality inspection information system is proposed. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the basic architecture of the system, which includes modules for data collection, process data digitization, data analysis management, dynamic process inspection management, evidence chain construction and parsing, and customer quality inspection data management. Based on the system composed of the above modules, four typical workflows are introduced, and relevant application cases are given for the reference of each production and testing personnel.
