带环形槽的航空圆弧端齿盘磨齿加工参数优化设计

Optimization design of grinding parameters for aviation curvic coupling with annular groove

  • 摘要: 为实现在国产数控螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机床上加工带环形槽的航空圆弧端齿盘,对带环形槽的航空圆弧端齿盘的加工方法进行了研究。根据圆弧端齿盘的加工原理,建立了螺旋角不为零时砂轮半径、砂轮顶宽、刀尖圆角半径的计算方法。在此基础上,对带环形槽的航空圆弧端齿盘节径平面上的齿槽和齿牙面积进行等截面修正,建立了砂轮半径增量的计算方法。根据格里森圆弧端齿盘设计准则,建立了圆弧端齿盘磨齿加工参数优化模型,采用遗传算法对圆弧端齿盘加工参数进行了优化设计分析。在国产H650GA型数控螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机上进行了实际的磨齿加工,并对实验工件进行了齿形误差检测和实际的接触区检测,验证了带环形槽的航空圆弧端齿盘磨齿加工参数计算方法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to process the aviation curvic coupling with annular groove on the domestic CNC spiral bevel gear grindining machine, the machining method of the aviation curvic coupling with annular groove was studied. Based on the machining principle of curvic coupling, the calculation methods of the radius of the grinding wheel, blade point width and the cutter profile radius were provided when the helix angle is not zero. On this basis, an equal section correction was applied to the area of the tooth grooves and teeth on the pitch diameter plane of the aviation curvic coupling with annular groove, and the calculation method of the grinding wheel radius increment was established. Furthermore, a grinding parameters optimization model for curvic coupling was presented, which was based on the Gleason's design criterion of curvic coupling. Grinding parameters optimization design analysis to the curvic coupling was carried out using genetic algorithm. An aviation curvic coupling with annular groove was machined on the domestic H650GA CNC spiral bevel gear grinding machine. The calculation method of the grinding process parameters for the aviation curvic coupling with annular groove was validated by the inspection of practical contact pattern and the inspection of tooth profile error.
