  • 摘要: 为了解决船舶制造领域中T型材严重依赖传统人力加工所造成的技术、生产质量、生产效率问题,对架轨式自动焊接设备进行设计与分析,为自动焊接技术领域提供了一种实现批量和连续焊接的设备。该设备在恶劣工况下依然能够满足工作需求,且实现了多类型焊接路线的自动焊接功能,可进行快速组装与连接,具备免人工搬运、安装稳定和移动灵活的特点。贴合工况进行了全局与限定工作空间分析,设备已在实际应用中取得良好的生产效果,可根据不同工况与技术需求进行设备选型或对其基本单元功能进一步定制开发,应用至更多场景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of technology, production quality and production efficiency caused by the heavy reliance on traditional manual processing of T profile in the field of shipbuilding, the rack-rail automatic welding equipmentthe was designed and analyzed. It provided a equipment to realize batch and continuous welding in the field of automatic welding technology, which can still meet the work requirements under harsh conditions,and realize multiple types of welding. The automatic welding function of the route can be quickly assembled and connected, and has the characteristics of free from manual handling, stable installation and flexible movement. The global and limited working space analysis of the fitting condition has been completed, and the equipment has achieved good production results in practical application. According to different working conditions and technical requirements, the equipment can be selected or its basic unit functions can be further customized and developed, and applied to more scenarios.
