Two-degree-of-freedom speed control strategy on flexible driving system

  • 摘要: 针对二惯量弹性驱动系统,为了提高系统的稳定性,文章基于极点配置法对IP和PI速度控制系统进行参数设计,分析系统的阻尼特性。为改善系统快速性和稳定性,导入二自由度控制技术提高系统的设计自由度并增加一个前馈调节因子,分析其调节规律并给出一种设计方案。仿真分析表明,极点配置法结合二自由度控制可以保证速度控制系统快速性和稳定性的平衡,并且通过实验论证了设计的有效性。

     

    Abstract: For two-inertia elastic drive system, the parameters of the IP and PI speed control system are designed based on the pole assignment method, and the damping characteristics of the system are analyzed. In order to improve the rapidity and stability of the system, two-degree-of-freedom control technology is introduced by adding a feedforward regulation factor. The simulation analysis shows that the two-degree-of-freedom control combined with pole assignment method can ensure performance balance between rapidity and stability of the speed control system. Finally, the effectivenesses of the design are demonstrated by experiments.
