试验检测中心数字孪生系统的开发与实践

Development and practice of digital twin system for experimental center

  • 摘要: 为了提升某航天研究所试验检测中心数字化能力,文章结合五维数字孪生理论,开发了试验检测中心的数字孪生系统。设计了试验检测中心数字孪生的系统架构;搭建OPC UA服务器和InfluxDB数据库实时通信;对试验设备与试验场景进行建模并在Unity 3D引擎中搭建三维虚拟场景;编写脚本控制视角移动实现人机交互功能;设计电子看板显示设备的数据、状态等信息;构建面向过程的监控机制进一步保障试验测试的安全进行。应用结果表明,该数字孪生系统提升了试验检测中心的可视化能力与工作效率,实现了数字孪生系统的虚实融合。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the digital capability of the experimental center of a aerospace research institute, the digital twin system is developed based on the five-dimensional digital twin theory. In this paper, the system architecture of digital twin of test and detection center is designed. Establish real-time communication between OPC UA server and InfluxDB database;build 3D virtual scene in Unity 3D engine; write scripts to control the movement of perspective to enhance the ability of human-computer interaction;design electronic board to display equipment data, status and other information; set up a process-oriented monitoring mechanism to ensure the safety of the test. The application results show that the digital twin system improves the visualization ability and work efficiency of the experimental center and realizes the virtual-real fusion of the digital twin system.
