Abstract:
In the face of the rapidly declining resources on the earth and the continuous worsening environment, the realization of green and sustainable production has become the main theme of today’s manufacturing development. It is necessary to use a clean processing method and the optimal cutting parameter. This paper mainly introduces the clean cutting method commonly used at home and abroad, and analyzes the carbon emissions and processing costs in the processing process. Then, the multi -target optimization model and algorithm commonly used at home and abroad are summarized. Finally, based on the limitation of current green production, the future development directions are proposed. This paper can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the selection of cleaning and sustainable cutting methods and multi-target optimization of process parameters.
