Abstract:
The concept of digital twin provides the application method of new technology in the production control process. After the establishment of the digital twin, it is important to determine its consistency with the physical entity for the efficient use of the digital twin technology. In this paper, the digital twin technology is applied to the field of CNC machine tools. Firstly, an improved network hierarchical analysis method based on triangular fuzzy number is proposed to analyze the consistency of their physical properties. Then, the consistency between the digital twin of CNC machine tools is determined. Finally, analyze and study the consistency of their working state by using Mahalanobis distance. A practical case is used to prove the feasibility of the method.
