基于抗抖滑模观测器的PMSM带速启动技术研究

Research on starting technology of PMSM in rotating state based on anti vibration sliding mode observer

  • 摘要: 为了解决永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)带速启动问题,对传统滑模观测器进行了抗抖改进,提出了一种基于抗抖滑模观测器的永磁同步电机带速启动策略,建立了永磁同步电机滑模观测器数学方程,进行了仿真计算,并搭建试验测试平台开展了试验验证。研究得出基于抗抖滑模观测器的永磁同步电机带速启动策略可以有效解决静止启动、正向带速启动和负向带速启动等不同工况下的电机启动问题;滑模观测器可以以较高精度跟踪转子转速和位置,由于采用了低通滤波器,滑模观测器转子位置和实际位置会有一定的相位延迟;通过试验测试验证了抗抖滑模观测器的准确性以及永磁同步电机带速启动策略的可行性。

     

    Abstract: To solve the starting problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in rotating state, the traditional sliding mode observer was improved in terms of anti-vibration. A starting strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor in rotating state based on anti-vibration sliding mode observer was proposed. The mathematical equation of the sliding mode observer for permanent magnet synchronous motor was established, simulation calculations were conducted, and an experimental testing platform was built for experimental verification. The study found that the starting strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor under rotating state based on anti- vibration sliding mode observer can effectively solve the motor starting problems under different working conditions such as static start, forward speed start, and negative speed start. The sliding mode observer can track the rotor speed and position with high accuracy. Due to the use of a low-pass filter, the sliding mode observer has a certain phase delay between the rotor position and the actual position. The feasibility of the anti- vibration sliding mode observer and the correctness of the starting strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the rotating state were verified through experimental testing.
