Abstract:
As for the X series products of ZD Company, this paper draws the current value flow map on the basis of value steam analysis to find the wastes in the production process. The "5whys" method and fishbone chart were used to analyze the reasons. The improvement plans were proposed according to JIT procurement and ECRS principles and the future value stream map was drawn. Through the application of a series of methods, the value-added ratio increased, and the improvement ideas were provided for the lean management of enterprises.
