Abstract:
In response to the demand for intelligent transformation of China's manufacturing industry, and aiming to address the issue of information cognitive bias and maintenance errors in traditional two-dimensional interaction interfaces, the advantages of AR technology and its application in the field of high-end CNC machine tool operation and maintenance are studied and discussed, a set of high-end CNC machine tool operation and maintenance platform framework based on AR technology is constructed. The AR technology-based operation and maintenance platform for high-grade CNC machine tools is designed and developed with Unity3D as the carrier. It realizes face-to-face AR human-computer interaction between operation and maintenance personnel and CNC machine tools, and improves the efficient and intelligent management efficiency of CNC machine tool operation and maintenance.
