Research on the design of operation and maintenance platform for high-grade CNC machine tools based on AR technology

  • 摘要: 为响应中国制造业智能转型需求,针对传统二维交互界面的数控机床运维系统在人机交互过程中容易造成信息认知偏差、维修错误等问题,研究探讨了AR技术的优势及其运用于高档数控机床运维领域的可能性,构建了一套基于AR技术的高档数控机床运维平台框架,并以Unity3D为载体,设计开发了基于AR技术的高档数控机床运维平台。实现了运维人员和数控机床之间面对面的AR人机交互,提升了数控机床运维的高效及智能管理效率。

     

    Abstract: In response to the demand for intelligent transformation of China's manufacturing industry, and aiming to address the issue of information cognitive bias and maintenance errors in traditional two-dimensional interaction interfaces, the advantages of AR technology and its application in the field of high-end CNC machine tool operation and maintenance are studied and discussed, a set of high-end CNC machine tool operation and maintenance platform framework based on AR technology is constructed. The AR technology-based operation and maintenance platform for high-grade CNC machine tools is designed and developed with Unity3D as the carrier. It realizes face-to-face AR human-computer interaction between operation and maintenance personnel and CNC machine tools, and improves the efficient and intelligent management efficiency of CNC machine tool operation and maintenance.
